REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Zoteria.  Please read this Refund Policy carefully.  

Online Trainings:  A full refund for a single license purchase or for a bulk purchase of multiple licenses will be allowed if the buyer does not login with the assigned user code within 30 days of purchase.  Refund request must be received by email at hello@zoteriabiztraining.com No refund request will be granted if the request is more than 30 days after the purchase date, even if buyer has not logged in with the assigned user code.  If you have any questions, please contact us before making a purchase.
